Tania White is a Thought Development Trainer/Coach at A Gift For Life.
She has always been and continues to be a servant of heart.
From swimming instructor, to nurse and now personal development coach her passion resonates with expanding peoples’ awareness of ‘how’ they think so that they can get off the merry-go- round of
‘why they can’t’ and inspire them to be the driver of ‘why they can’.
Tania is a business owner who understands the complexities of performing multiple roles and
juggling the responsibilities of running a business, being a wife and a mother to 3 amazing and individual children.
“Getting my priorities right hasn’t always been easy, I had to learn along the way, often the hard way.
To experience real happiness, we need to embrace the journey of discovering who we were, who we are and who we could ultimately be...”
For Tania, she has always been inspired by personal challenge, whether it be as an individual or part of a team. In the past 5 years, she has competed in various sporting events including Stadium Stomp, Tough Mudder, Geelong and Sydney half marathons and more recently a personal challenge to push out 80,000 push-ups in 365 days to raise money for a local Victorian not-for-profit-organisation, The Impact Project.
For most people, challenges are present everyday, it's how we face them that counts.
